If we never went to the moon, then what about the moon rocks that were brought back? The Moon Hoax theorists claim that these rocks are normal Earth rocks that were bombarded with radiation and placed in a vaccum chamber.

Many highly qualified scientists, including scientists outside of the government and NASA, as well as scientists outside of the USA, have examined the moon rocks in great detail. Not a single one of them has raised any question about their origin.
The lunar soil is fundamentally different from any found on Earth. Examining it through a microscope reveals angular particles and round glass beads that can only happen on a body with no air. Simply taking an Earth rock and placing it in a vacuum will not change its microscopic structure in this way.
Other aspects of a lunar origin include an almost complete absence of quartz crystal, a rarity on the moon but extremely common on Earth, a corresponding lack of granite, and as well no indication whatsoever of oxidation. They do, however, show a wide amount of breccia and shock metamorphism resulting from large impacts, which we would expect of a solid, airless, cratered body like the moon. They also show cosmic ray exposure ages that are consistent with them laying on the lunar surface for millions of years and isotopic ages approaching and exceeding 4 billion years - far older than any yet discovered Earth rock.

Various non NASA groups tracked the Apollo signals including amateur astronomers[1]. Others directly observed the craft[2].
