Can someone provide a reference for Feynman talking about Cargo Cult Science in the 1950s?

Because Surely you're joking My Feynman! attributes the phrase to his 1974 Caltech commencement address - widely reproduced (e.g. here). And I couldn't dig up any earlier references.
