OK, so the Reiki article says that a Reiki practitioner is a Reiki Master.

I can find plenty of references to Reki practitioner being someone who has only received the level 1 or 2 training, and the Master title being reserved only for those who have completed at the very least the level 3 Reiki training.

Is there a link to a reference for calling just any old Reiki 1 or Reiki 2 practitioner a Reiki Master?
